What should I keep ready?
The brand, the model number from the sticker behind the TV, the screen size, and a short description of what the TV is doing. A photo or video of the screen is even better.
Is my TV covered if it is under warranty?
We are a private service centre and repair out-of-warranty TVs. If your TV is still within the company warranty, please contact the brand's own service centre first.
Will I know the cost before the repair?
Yes. We discuss the issue with you and explain what the repair involves. Work starts only after you agree.
